Description

Everlasting are flowers from the family of Asters. It gets its name from the fact that it stays on the plant in full bloom for a very long time. I find them particularly along the Fleming’s Trail, jutting out of rock faces and along the trail, but it can be found all over the Himalayan region. Sheep’s Sorrel also known as Mountain Sorrel blooms all over Landour that shows up after the monsoons in bright reds and whites. It has the most delicate little flowers on long stalks. You’ll find a whole bunch of perfect red ones near Mud Cup Cafe!
